Delux was started up just over 40 years ago as a local transportation company providing complete service to the Port Washington and surrounding areas. By providing professional, reliable service over the years we were able to steadily expand both our services and our fleet.
Today, thanks to our many loyal customers, that small company has grown into a full service ground transportation business serving not only the local area but the entire Tri-State area with over 200 professional well-trained chauffeur drivers, and a fleet of over 175 late model Lincoln Town Cars, Stretch Limousines, 14 Passenger Vans, SUVs and local taxis.
The growth we experienced reflects the day-to-day, hour-to-hour commitment by our management and staff to provide reliable, safe, prompt, courteous and consistent service to you the customer.

Peter Blasucci
President and Owner
As President and co-owner of Delux, Mr. Blasucci is responsible for all aspects of the organization. This includes but is not limited to property management, shop and maintenance facility management as well as the planning and growth for the future success of Delux Transportation. Mr. Blasucci started with Delux 45 years ago and has led the organization to becoming the premiere transportation company in the tri-state area. His keen business sense and demand for the highest quality in customer service has enabled Delux Transportation to expand from a small local company into a nationally recognized full ground transportation company.
His introduction of the use of spacious Peugeot Cabs and a fleet of Natural Gas Clean Fuel taxis demonstrated Delux Transportation's strong commitment to protecting the environment.
Peter is honored to accept the prestigious 2008 and 2009 Lancer Insurance Company's Safety Excellence Award.

Andrea Majer, Executive Vice President of Delux Transportation Services, Inc. of Port Washington, NY, has a career spanning over 37 years in the Limousine and Taxi Industry. She began as a part-time driver while attending college working her way up to Co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of one of Long Island's largest, highest quality transportation companies.
Within Delux, Andrea has played a key role, positively positioning the company at the forefront of Long Island ground transportation. Ms. Majer has played a key role bringing Delux into the computer age and assuring that the Company maintains state-of-the-art technology in all areas. Delux Transportation was the first company on Long Island to offer Black Car service and currently sustains one of the largest fleet of luxury vehicles.
Ms. Majer also created the Company's highly successful Affiliate Program which enables customers to book quality reservations nationwide & worldwide. She has been responsible for the Company's solid reputation for unparalleled customer service, comfortable, well-maintained vehicles and providing an excellent traveling experience to its loyal and ever-growing customer base. Ms. Majer is a proud member of the Long Island and New York community. She currently sits on the Board of Project Independence, an initiative program of the Town of North Hempstead that affords many savings to its seniors. It provides a standard reduced fare, free transportation for weekly grocery shopping, and, non-emergency medical transport, for a nominal fee. Recently, she appeared on the local television show Project Independence and You to inform seniors of this important service and promote its advantage. Andrea is also a member of NLA, LILA, LBOA and is an office of the GTAC.
Valorie Loolam
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Loolam has served as Controller and manager of the accounting department at Delux since 2009. She is responsible for all the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles. Ms. Loolam and her staff work tirelessly to insure all aspects of our company run flawlassly. Ms Loolam brings 17 years of experience in the finance and investments industries with her to Delux and has streamlined the accounting process and made significant overall improvements to the accounting department.
Since 2010, Ms. Furino has successfully lead this department with her organizational skills and attention to detail. Driver Management is responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision and management of over 200 professional drivers, as well as maintaining a high standard of quality control and ensuring proper licensing of the company vehicles. Ms. Furino’s enthusiasm and personal management style have rejuvenated this department and made it one of the best in the industry.
Anisa Khan
Corporate and Specialty Coordinator
At Delux, a variety of corporate and specialty events in addition to nationwide transportation are organized under the watchful eyes of Ms. Khan. Ms. Khan has an extraordinary gift for attention to detail. She specializes in group coordination for large corporate accounts, event planning ground transportation for many large conventions in the tri-state area and nationwide. Ms. Khan and her department is responsible for all specialty vehicles including corporate vans, Limousines, Party buses, coach buses and exotic vehicles for every occasion. She manages a staff of 19A, CDL licensed drivers for all events from weddings and bachelors parties, rehearsal dinners Bar/Bat Mitzvah’s, anniversaries, wine tours and NYC tri state sightseeing tours. Ms. Khan has been with Delux since 2005 and through hard work and dedication, managed the department since 2008.
The heartbeat of Delux Transportation is our call center and dispatch office. This 24/7, 365 day operation never closes. These two areas are often the first contact our customers have with the company and are vital to the success and growth of the business. Our competent staff of supervisors is responsible to ensure that both areas are operating efficiently and providing the best customer service possible. They are responsible for the training, scheduling and making sure our staffs of over thirty trained professionals are ready and able to handle all your needs at a moments notice. Through their experience and know how they have been responsible for changes and improvements in our reservation and dispatch systems that have made for a more pleasant experience for our customers.
